I bought the Foreo toothbrush for 47.00 it stopped working after three weeks I was unable to return it because it came in a blister pack that had to be cut open which I did not keep. Not worth it
I would like the company to guarantee the Foreo Luna Mini I purchased. I purchased the device for $140 and, unfortunately, it has recently been sputtering and not running properly after it's been charged. Even more worrisome than that, there is RAMPANT MOLD now growing in every crack and crevice of the device, making it extremely unsafe to use, particularly since it's used on my face. I have contacted the company on NUMEROUS occasions about replacing the device and they have found every reason known to man to NOT honor their warranty. You would think, with something as hazardous as mold growth, that the company would be very quick to remedy the situation. NOT SO! Initially, they played the blame game, got defensive, and insisted that the mold was "my fault" despite the fact that I've cleaned it regularly and not stored it in a dark place. Secondly, the serial number on the bottom that would be used to identify the device is completely obscured by water and mold given that it's getting wet at least once a day--not my fault, but the company has used it as a way to deny my claim, despite it clearly being a design flaw. Given the cost of this device, I would expect the company to honor its own warranty and simply replace the device. Instead, they have only offered a "50% discount" rather than simply giving me a new one and have gone so far as to allege that I had purchased a "fake device," despite my showing proof that it was purchased from Sephora. Is it really worth the bad publicity Foreo? Given their completely lack of interest in making this situation right, I have already complained to the FDA, which regulates medical devices.

Amazing service by the team! Marija was very quick to respond to all my questions and even apologised for something that wasn’t her fault. Then was able to direct me so I was able to find an answer. I LOVE using my lil Foreo!! My skin has never felt better and fresher!! ????????
I can’t open my ISSA play to replace the battery and contacted the customer service. ISSA play is not under warranty but customer care still decide to replace my product. Makes me feel very happy and pleased that I chose Foreo to buy products. Will support their products more in the future.
My brand new UFO 2 wasn't holding charge. I reached out to customer service and someone got back to me within in 24 hours with clear instructions on what to do next. I sent back the faulty device on a prepaid label and a replacement arrived within a week!
Just had to write something. I expected no answer when I asked about the ingredients in the cleanser they make but I was so pleasantly surprised to hear from them soon after. I decided to by the cleanser and am so happy with it. I feel good knowing there are still companies like this one that really care about their customers
My toothbrush recently stopped working and I contacted Foreo to arrange a replacement under warranty. The process was very smooth.

Foreo products are amazing. All the beauty products are worth buying. Its results is fast and excellent. Skin has now become clear and glowing. Quality and Quantity is superb. Price is reasonable. Worth the product. Recommended to friends.
Their site is very clear and easy on the eyes. I wish there were more tutorials on how to use the app and maybe troubleshoot situations as I think that is something lot of people need. I know my friend who introduced me to Foreo had some problems with the app and I had fewer problems but later solved it and my UFO is one angel for my skin. It is fast and effective.
Excellent customer service. My device got broken end they replaced it with a new one. Fully satisfied.

There are some similar products and my friend bought one but it broke after just few weeks of use!
